Been to Lani's dozens of times, think it is great. you are on holidays so whats the rush. you are sitting in one of the lovliest spots in the world and all you can do is moan. Ok the food may not be the greatest but it certainly very enjoyable and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly to us. Maybe it is just you moaning english gits they don't like |

This restaurant is the worst for service on the island, extremely slow, waited 20mins for first drinks order, had starters 1 hour after sitting, another round of drinks took 30mins after asking 3 waiters, didn't get everything we ordered, extra french fries went to the table beside us which they had to pay for as we refused to, extemely slow service, no apologies, arrogant waiters, no enough staff to cater for the customers, long wait for everything including the bill, avoid this restaurant while on holiday unless you like bad service and are willing to pay for it.....i've been to many resorts and have never come across a restaurant to badly run........you have been warned!!!!!......TAKE NOTE AVOID AT ALL COST.........doesn't even deserve a 1 rating more like a -100 |

free bread they said but it cost 3 euros foreach roll!!!!! loads of fly's and they gave us 4 unwanted drinks and charged us for them!!!!! when we payed they didn't give us the cahnge back we were very disapointed with the service and a stray dog kept coming over to our table and pinching our food they didn't bother to send it off it was all manky and digusting around food. I wouldn't ever go there again!!! |

Overpriced and overrated. Object to funding his large boat in Puerto Calero. Much better places to eat with better service to be found in the area |

great location but thats it. dont know wot drugs their on but it isnt speed !! service was really slow. 20 mins to get served and another half hour before the mixed up order arrived. when it finally got sorted it was below average. one to avoid. |

I can abserloutely not believe that anyone could not rate Lanis anything other the HIGHLY!!! We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Marina Rubicon and i dont think a day went by that we did not eat or drink at some part of this restaurant.
The food and service in the snack bar was OUTSTANDING, all the staff we found to be more than happy to assist in any way. The peanuts and olives are a nice touch with your drinks and the children loved feeding the fish with the bread provided.
A new cake bar has been opened and what we ate from there was delicious. The restaurant/grill maybe, not quite as efficient but VERY busy and hey, we are all human...I would recommend this establishment to anyone and rate it Very Highly Indeed!!!!!! |

The restaurant was a big disappointment. They brought to one of us wrong meal and when we said about it to the waiter the only comment was: sorry! No apology, no discount. Food didn't taste at all, the wine of the house tasted terrible. We didn't want to leave them any tips, but they took the tips by themselves: they didn't bring the change back. That was a thing that never has happened to me before. |

Service was slow. Lovely location, food alright not brilliant. Had to wait at bar before being shown to a table. Visited twice, was never ripped off (only first time charged for bread that never came but got free drink).
Wouldn't reccomend it but better than some.
