went for sunday lunch wish i hadn't meat was going off veg's were uncooked on the whole very poor didn't help with greasy joe looking over give this a wide wide berth when hungary |

when we first arrived in playa blanca (we stayed a month) we frequented this bar often,that was before we met the owner Derek a cross between Shadrackl Dingle & Stig of the dump!His filthy hair & clothes were only slightly worse than his manners.The staff apart from Michelle who was a gem were clearly put out that they had to serves us and could barely be bothered to get off their lazy arses to pull a pint, the food was okay but very basic,toilets disgusting we wouldnt recommend this bar. |

charlie drake lookalike derek is probably the most love him or hate him publican going , personally i think the bloke is quality . he cant be bothered with moaning people but if your a genuine sort he will look after you like no other. i lived in playa blanca for a few years and used this bar all the time ,best in playa blanca |

We went here for lunch with our children and were approached by the owner- a dirty scruffy straggly bearded man with filthy food smeared clothes and unbelievably bad manners.He was accompanied by his dog , which he told the children not to look at because it sometimes bites !He then swore to the kids as he asked then if they wanted a drink He was foul mouthed, rude and ignorant and i find it amazing that this place is still trading, we left very quickly and were followed by the only other customers - a family of 4 who were also disgusted by his manner and told us that he was wanting to argue with them as soon as they walked in.GIVE THIS PLACE A VERY WIDE BERTH. |

The worst bar playa blanca, went in for breakfast and was served by a man with half his food still in his beard and carry our food with fingers in the beans. my daughter ordered a salad which was served with a caterpiller in it (obviously unwashed salad). When we complained we spoken to in avery rude manner, how this bar is still open beggers belief! |
